DO YOUR OWN PEST CONTROL AND SAVE BIG!

Ever wonder what it takes to do your own pest control? It may be easier then you think. The first thing you must do is to identify the pest or pests. There are many pest ID websites out there; find one and let’s get started.
Save 95% on Pest Control – Do it Yourself!
With your target pests in mind, check with your Do-It-Yourself pest supplier. They will be more than happy to customize a product to deal with your pests. It should be surprisingly inexpensive to get a year supply compared with what it would cost you to pay a pest professional. Many pest control companies want to keep their pest chemical costs between 5 and 10% of what you would pay them. That should make you want to take care of those pesky little guys on your own.
Once you have your pesticides picked out, read the label. The label will tell you what insects and pests you can use it on. It will also show you how and where to apply the product, how to mix the product, and what Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you should wear. Do not attempt to use the products without reading the label. If you follow the label, you can treat your home in safety. This is where a lot of people get in trouble.
Get Started for Little Money!
Unless you have termites or carpenter ants, you can take care of most pest problems with very little specialized equipment. Many times a pressurized pump sprayer is all you will need to buy. They can be picked up for around $30. Most anything else you may need can be bought where you buy your pest control products.
To summarize, know what your target pests are and purchase the proper pest chemicals. Read and understand the label and have the appropriate PPE and application tools. Now you are ready to create a pest free home. Peace of mind is just around the corner. While you are relaxing in your castle, think about what you are going to do with all the money you did not pay to the pest control guy. Always remember one unbreakable rule – any money you have saved goes straight from the household budget into your hobby budget. Have fun!
