DIRECTIONS FOR USE
FOLIAR APPLICATION: SEQUESTAR 6% IRON CHELATE WDG may be applied in water or in combination with most pesticides. Thorough coverage and the use of wetting agents often enhance nutrient uptake from foliar sprays. Before general application, apply the spray solution to a small test area of the crop or foliage to assess any undesirable effects or phytotoxicity. Avoid applying this product during periods of high temperature and low humidity, or when plants are suffering from moisture stress.

Q: is this good for trees
A: Yes it can be applied to the root system or the leaves, and works on trees.
Q: I add 6 tablespoons of product to 2 gallons of water and then apply it to my plants/trees. Is this the correct ratio and do I apply once/30 days? How many months should I apply it?
A: The rate on the sequester iron is 1 to 2 ounces per 1,000 square ft. 1 ounce equals 6 teaspoons, and that is the recommended rate for 1 to 2 gallons of water
Q: I apply this product (mixed in water) to my lilac bushes and outdoor plants. I mix 6 tablespoons in 2 gallons of water. Is this the correct ratio? I was told to apply once every 30 days. How long should I do this in order to correct the iron deficiency in the soil?
A: SEQUESTAR 6% IRON CHELATE WDG, a water-dispersible granule, is a water soluble form of iron EDDHA that is readily available to plants. It can be applied to prevent or correct iron deficiency (chlorosis). SEQUESTAR 6% IRON CHELATE WDG may be used at any time, but spring applications before the flush of growth or around planting time are recommended to provide iron when the plant's need is greatest.
