    Rescue Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate Spray is a complete liquid fruit tree spray containing Captan 12%, Malathion 6%, Carbaryl .3% and a spreader sticker. Simple to use. No plugged nozzles. As little as 1 1/2 tablespoons per application. Excellent for the home orchardist.

    Q: when do I need to use rescue spray on fruit trees , I just planted them

    A: Depends a little on the fruit. Here is some guidelines for the rescue application but you can also find this information on the label found on the product page. Fruit: Apple** Insects/Diseases: apple maggots, codling moths, Japanese beetles, leafhoppers, plum curculios, aphids, bud moth, Forbes scale, eastern tent caterpillar, red banded leaf roller, mites, bitter rot, black rot, frogeye leaf spot, black pox, botryosphaeria (white rot), botrytis rot, bullseye rot, Brooks fruit spot, flyspeck, cedar rust, quince rust, scab, sooty blotch. Dormant: absence of growth fall, winter or spring. Green Tip - when branch tips show green tissue. 1 1/2 tbs. Start and repeat at 10 day intervals until bloom. Pre-bloom - when blossom buds begin to show color. 2 1/2 tbs. Start and repeat at 10 day intervals until bloom. Full Pink - when blossom buds show full color before opening. 2 1/2 tbs. Start and repeat at 10 day intervals until bloom. Bloom: When blossoms are open. To protect pollinating insects do not spray during blossoming period. Use another product that contains only a fungicide during the blossoming period, if disease control is needed. Petal Fall - when last petals have fallen from blossom. 2 1/2 tbs. Repeat at 14 day intervals up to 14 days before harvest. 1st Cover: 7 - 10 days after petals fall. 2 1/2 tbs. Repeat at 14 day intervals up to 14 days before harvest. 2nd Cover to Harvest - to cut off date before harvest. 2 1/2 tbs. Repeat at 14 day intervals up to 14 days before harvest. Fruit: Cherry*** Insects/Diseases: plum curculios, cherry fruit flies, cherry fruit worms, black cherry aphid, fruit tree, leaf roller, bud moth, Japanese beetle, Botrytis rot, brown rot, leaf spot. Dormant: absence of growth fall, winter or spring. Green Tip - when branch tips show green tissue. 1 1/2 tbs. Start and repeat at 10 day intervals until bloom.
