How It Works
Probait Formulation for Professionals is the answer to tough ant problems. Probait is a highly effective ant bait containing 0.73% Hydramethylnon. Probait starts to kill ants immediately after ingestion. Worker ants are attracted to the bait and carry it back into the mound as food for the colony, thus killing the queen!

ProBait� Formulation for Professionals (ProBait�) is
highly attractive to imported and native fire ants, and
other ants. Worker ants carry it into the mound as
food for the colony. They eat it and feed it to the
queen. ProBait� starts to kill ants immediately. In
about a week, the queen is dead, which destroys the
mound. Further information regarding ants may be
obtained from your Cooperative Agricultural Extension
Service.

Individual Mounds: 2 to 5 level tablespoons Distribute bait uniformly
Imported & native fire ants around the mound.
Harvester ants Do not disturb the
Bigheaded ants mound. Do not apply
Argentine ants more than 2 lb/acre.
Do not contaminate kitchen utensils by use or storage.
Broadcast Treatment:
Imported & native fire ants 1 � 1.5 lb/acre Broadcast bait uniformly
Harvester ants [2 � 3 oz/5,000 sq. ft.] with ground equipment
(granular spreaders).
