This product can be used as a broadcast application on ornamentals in commercial and residential landscapes, as well as on landscaped areas of golf courses and other recreational areas. Application should be made prior to anticipated pest infestation to maximize control. Rainfall, irrigation and mechanical incorporation after application will also aid in maximizing control.
Applications of this product cannot exceed a total of 80lb per acre per year.

The active ingredient in this product has sufficient residual activity so that applications can be made preceding the egg laying activity of the target pest.
Imidacloprid is widely used for pest control in agriculture. Other uses include application to foundations to prevent termite damage, pest control for gardens and turf, treatment of domestic pets to control fleas, and protection of trees from boring insects.[6] Recent research suggests that widespread agricultural use of imidacloprid and other pesticides may be contributing to honey bee colony collapse disorder, the decline of honey bee colonies in Europe and North America observed since 2006.
As a result, several countries have restricted use of imidacloprid and other neonicotinoids.
This product can be used for the control of soil inhabiting pests of turfgrass, such as Northern and Southern masked chafers, Asiatic Garden Beetle, European Chafer, Green June Beetle, Billbugs, Annual Bluegrass weevil, Black Turfgrass, European Crane fly, Mole crickets, cutworms and chinch bugs. This product can be used as directed on turfgrass in sites such as home lawns, business and office complexes, golf courses, airports, cemeteries, parks, playgrounds, and athletic fields.
The active ingredient, Imidacloprid has sufficient residual activity of the target pests. High level of control can be achieved when applications are made preceding or during the egg laying period.
