Just a decade ago, an estimated four out of five residential blocks in a major metropolitan area in the Midwest were rat-infested. Today, the rodent population has shrunk by an estimated 85 to 90 percent – helped in large part by Liphatech’s sound advice, expert education and Maki rodenticide.
Looking for an effective alternative for Warfarin, to which rats had become immune, rodent control officials turned to Maki, which delivers a lethal dose in a single day’s feeding. Thanks to Maki’s single-feed effectiveness, rat sightings in the city today are a small fraction of the number reported just a few years ago.
