InVade Bio Foam - Super-Concentrated Foaming Microbial/Citrus Liquid to Eat Through Scum Where Flies Breed.
InVade Bio Foam - the single most effective tool fly control for the management of small flies. Foaming microbial concentrate with proprietary citrus oil Use 1 oz per quart, 4 oz per gallon. Apply using a foamer or sprayer to cracks, crevices and drains where small flies breed. The foam and citrus combination shuts down the breeding when applied, and over time the premium blend of microbes will digest the bio film to prevent further breeding in those areas.

Eliminate Drain Flies, Fruit Flies, and nasty drain odors at the source with InVade Bio Drain Gel. InVade Bio Drain Gel utilizes a thickened advanced formula of microbes and citrus oil to coat drains and cut through the scum and organic materials that flies require to lay their eggs, preventing reproduction. InVade Bio Drain Gel also prevents costly blockages when used regularly and leaves your drain smelling like fresh citrus fruit. General Product Information: The decaying organic matter found in the “j” traps in floor drains and sink drains provide both a food source and breeding ground for drain flies, fruit flies, phorid flies, and other fly pests. These fly pests can not be eliminated unless this breeding ground is directly attacked. Treating clogged drains with hot water, bleach, ammonia, or other ordinary drain cleaners is inefficent. Only the regular use of a highly concentrated, professional strength gel like InVade Bio Drain Gel will adequately cut through drain scum to prevent drain fly reproduction.
InVade Bio Drain Gel Product Features:
To use Invade Bio Drain Gel:
- InVade Bio Drain Gel incorporates natural citrus oil to eliminate nasty odors and leave drains smelling like fresh oranges
- Thickened microbial formula easily coats the sides of drains
- InVade Bio Drain Gel advanced formula eats through drain scum and organic material so that drain flies and other flies will no longer breed there
- InVade Bio Drain Gel allows drains to run freely and prevents costly blockages
- InVade Bio Drain Gel may be used in any drain that clogs easily or where flies are a problem
NOTE: InVade Bio Drain Gel is not a substitute for general sanitation. Sanitation is key for overall fly control and to eliminate drain flies! To eliminate drain flies, fruit flies, and other fly pests, a total sanitation program is key. The problem area must be clean completely, including eliminate standing water as much as possible and properly disposing of food waste into a plastic bag in a trash receptacle with a tight fitting lid. When the area has been sufficiently cleaned, the drains may be attacked with InVade Bio Drain Gel. For treatment of floor or trough drains, first remove the screens and scrape off any organic matter.
- If drain to be treated is not used regularly, first moisten the drain with 1 to 2 gallon of warm water before treatment
- Apply product at periods of time during the day when drains are in lowest usage
- Apply 4 oz to each drain around the edges, making sure to coat the sides.
- Repeat daily for 5-7 days and then every 1-2 weeks for ongoing maintenance.
- For drains that have a very heavy layer of scum, clean the drain with a brush before beginning treatment for immediate results and then maintain with InVade Bio Drain to prevent further build-up.
Use InVade Bio Drain Gel in soda fountains to eliminate “Sugar Snake”: Sugar snakes are the long, crystallized, rigid polymers that grow and clog drain lines in soda fountain machines. These polymers are caused by certain bacteria left behind by sugars when these machines are not adequately maintained. Sugar Snakes that are not treated may lead to costly drain line backups and foul smelling odors. Sugar Snakes also attract flies and ants and may lead to an infestation. Treat soda fountain drain lines with InVade Bio Drain Gel to prevent or minimize sugar snake problems.
The presence of moisture and organic matter creates special challenges for sanitation in commercial facilities.
If left unaddressed, these problems can result in nuisance at best, and threats to health and safety at worst. The types of facilities affected include restaurants and commercial kitchens, cafeterias, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, food processing plants, convenience stores, prisons, kennels and animal research facilities.
Food areas and garbage areas are the primary problem spots, as well as communal shower areas in facilities such as prisons and health clubs. Wash down and wet mopping tends to push food or other organic matter and moisture into cracks and crevices where it builds up, often making problems worse.
InVade Bio Foam is a complete concentrate, containing powerful, scum-eating microbes, foaming agent and great smelling natural citrus oil – it is easily diluted with water at a rate of 1 oz to a quart or 4 oz to a gallon, with the easy squeeze-n-measure bottle or gallon jug with pump top. The foam provides an extended contact time for the microbes to work. The microbes digest the scum and the citrus oil provides extra power and a great smell.
For best results, InVade Bio Foam should be used with the Foamer Simpson - the leading, 2-gallon pump-up foamer that delivers the best foam in the industry. It produces shaving-cream-thick, power-foamer-quality foam at a fraction of the cost of an electric foamer and is easier to carry around. It comes with a handy 18” extension wand for getting down into drains, into voids and into other hard to reach areas. Air is needed to make the foam, so it is recommended that the Foamer Simpson be filled to a maximum of one gallon for best results. An adjustment valve allows foam thickness to be regulated, while a handy pressure relief valve provides greater safety and convenience. For best results, water should be put in the foamer, followed by the InVade Bio Foam and the tank swirled, not shaken. One gallon of diluted product will last for about an hour of active foaming.
For a “foam clean out”, foam should be applied liberally to all scummy areas (avoiding direct food-contact surfaces).
These areas include drains, along baseboards, behind bars, in the drip trays of drink fountains, bundles of syrup or beer lines that get covered in sticky goo, under ice machines and other equipment etc. Basically, all the areas that should be cleaned but aren’t should be foamed. While foaming drains is important, the other areas noted must be treated as well.
