Perimeter Treatment Techniques for Pest Control

When you are needing to do your own pest control a perimeter spraying with a residual chemical is adviseable.  At ePestSolutions we have everything you will need to treat your home like a pro.   By treating the inside and the outside you will end up using less chemical and see less insects in the long run.

You will want to simply mix 0.8 ounces per gallon ( Please follow directions on labels for each product) in a sprayer, spray the exterior walls of the house, kitchen ( under cabinets, dishwashers) in the bathroom  spray under the sinks and bath traps.  Concentrate in places where there is moisture, for the most part that is where roaches and ants will be located.  Spray the entry point areas, doors,  cracks plumbing pentretrations, etc.  You will want to remove pets and kids till the areas are completely dry.

On the exterior of the house you will want to spray a band about 3 feet wide on the soil area directly away from the house and then up the sides of the house about 4 feet in a band.  Again Treat the entry points,  door frames, window frames, weep holes.   The exterior treatment should prevent insects from making it inside the house and in most cases will eliminate the need to treat the inside but maybe once a year.

Some of our favorite Insecticide Concentrates are Suspend, Talstar, Bifen, Cy-kick.  Shop Now at epestsolutions, the only place to look for DIY pest control.  Master level entomologist on staff to answer all your questions.
