EcoEMULSIFIER is a unique blend of emulsifiers that is specifically designed to work with EcoEXEMPT MC Misting Concentrate to create and maintain a stable emulsion in systems using storage tanks, and enhance performance in tankless systems, for automatic misting systems.
Mixing:
EcoEMULSIFIER should be used with EcoEXEMPT MC at a 1:1 ratio in systems with tanks, regardless of water content and tank size.
EcoEMULSIFIER should be used with EcoEXEMPT MC at a ratio of 1:2 in tankless systems.
Refer to EcoEXEMPT MC label for use rates and mixing instructions. When filling storage tanks, fill half the tank with water, mix EcoEMULSIFIER with EcoEXEMPT MC at a 1:1 ratio in a pail and stir for 15-20 seconds, then add blended EcoEMULSIFIER and EcoEXEMPT MC to the storage tank, and fill the balance of the tank with water.
Any agitation in the tank will maintain the microemulsion for longer periods. When using tankless systems mix the EcoEMULSIFIER with EcoEXEMPT MC at a 1:2 ratio in a pail and stir for 15 - 20 seconds then add blended EcoEMULSIFIER and EcoEXEMPT MC to the system holding recepticle
