Bats and birds are both vectors for zoonotic pathogens (carriers and spreaders of disease that can be spread to humans) and, as such, are unwelcome residents within any part of your home, including chimneys and attics, as well as areas between walls, floors, ceilings and rafters.

Directions for Dr. T's Bat-A-Way Repellent Use
FOR BATS, BIRDS AND SQUIRRELS: Apply the product uniformly in ventilated areas at the rate of 1 pound per 400 square feet. For non-ventilated areas such as attics, basements and crawlspaces, place 2 to 4 ounces of repellent to mesh bags or containers with holes. This allows the easy removal and placement of the repellents inside and outside of structures. Once the pests are successfully driven away, seal off cracks, openings and other entry points with wire mesh to prevent future infestations.
FOR RABBITS OUTDOORS: Treat a band of soil measuring 2 inches or more around areas and structures.
Do NOT apply the product to plants. Depending on weather conditions, the product typically last for 4 weeks from applications. Repeat treatments if necessary.
Where to Apply Dr. T's Bat-A-Way Repellent
Dr. T’s Bat-A-Way Repellent is for use in and around residential, commercial and industrial buildings to control the listed pests in attics, crawlspaces, basements, wall voids and other sheltered areas. The product can also be used outdoors to protect ornamental plants from rabbits and other rodents.
For indoor use, apply Bat-A-Way™ at a rate of 1 lb. per 400 cu. feet. Place smaller amounts in a mesh bag, cheese cloth, panty hose, or small, open-topped cardboard container so that the product can be moved easily, should the odor become too strong. Animals will depart from treated areas shortly. Once critters have left, be sure to close all access points off to prevent further intrusion.
For outdoor usage in prevention of plant intrusion by rabbits, place Bat-A-Way™ in bands around roses, spring bulbs, flowers or other plants. Do not apply directly to foliage or plant stems.
