Prescription Treatment brand Cy-Kick CS Controlled Release Cyfluthrin is the multi-use insecticide designed for professionals like yourself who want an insect control product that works just as smart as you do. It dishes out 90 days of full-throttle, broad-spectrum killing power, controlling insects inside and outside, on the toughest areas and surfaces. The difference is SmartCap microencapsulation technology that protects cyfluthrin to create a long residual and a mobile lethal dose of this broad-spectrum active ingredient that insects easily pick up. Cy-Kick CS has the high-powered performance and flexibility you need, at a competitive price. And it's much less likely to cause skin irritation than some other insect control products.
Designed for Better Results
SmartCap Technology is designed to reduce mammalian toxicity to professionals offering pest control, while it increases field performance, durability and flexibility. The microcapsules are manufactured by essentially adding an outer shell (a carbon-based polymer) to a droplet of oil that contains cyfluthrin, the active ingredient (a.i.) in Cy-Kick CS. The end result is a powerful droplet of cyfluthrin in a polymer capsule. 95% of the capsules are less than 20 microns in diameter, the same tiny size as the droplets produced from the best ULV equipment. State-of-the-art SmartCap Technology provides many benefits for you and your customers. Inside the capsule, cyfluthrin is suspended in a drop of oil, which means the active ingredient quickly penetrates to other oily/waxy surfaces, like the exoskeletons of insects. As soon as an insect comes into contact with Cy-Kick CS, cyfluthrin starts moving from inside the capsule toward the insect and then quickly into its system.
A Minefield of Coverage
The density of Cy-Kick CS is very similar to water, resulting in an even, consistent mixture that requires very little agitation to remain in full suspension. When sprayed, Cy-Kick CS creates a thick blanket of microcapsules. The barrier is impossible for insects to cross without exposing themselves to a lethal dose of insecticide. In fact, the likelihood that insects will receive a lethal dose is higher than with any other encapsulated product because Cy-Kick CS has five times the number of capsules than its nearest encapsulated competitor.1
Mobile Lethal Dose
Chances of insect exposure are extremely high because the capsules stay on the surface where they're applied and won't bind to organic matter or be absorbed in porous surfaces. When insects crawl across the barrier, they pick up microcapsules on their hairs and body triggering a rapid release of the active ingredient that is absorbed by the insect's exoskeleton. This mobile lethal dose of Cy-Kick CS Insecticide microcapsules can also be ingested during the grooming process. Contact time required to receive a lethal dose is very short because of the ease that the insect picks up capsules and the fast diffusion of the cyfluthrin.

Q: Is Cy-Kick CS the right product to use for bees (yellow jackets) that burrow holes/next in our hedges? It has become a problem in the spring when swarms of yellow jackets appear to next in the ground.
A: Better if you can apply a dust, like delta dust into the holes, you will want a contact insecticide like Wasp freeze to kill as many as you can before you dust.
Q: Can Cy-Kick be safely used on vegetable garden plants?
A: No you will not want to use Cy-kick CS for your Vegetable Garden, Malation would be a better choice for insect control. http://www.epestsolutions.com/malathion-57-insecticide-quart.html
Q: IS CY-KICK CS SAFE TO USE AROUND DOGS
A: Yes Cy-kick CS is safe to use around dogs and other pets. Please allow it to completely dry before they are allowed to re-enter the area.
Q: How long till Cy-kick CS starts to take effect on roaches?
A: You should start seeing dead roaches withing 24 hours, but remember the roach has to come in contact with the insecticide, and it is not a contact kill. So when you spray Cy-Kick CS on the roach, it will not die right then and there.
