Bora Care Termite Treatment, 12.19.2011

The stuff is very thick and must be mixed well with water before putting into the sprayer for best results. The good thing is you can use any amount from 1-5 gallons of water. So for bad infested wood go with 1:1 which makes a thick spray that sticks well to all surfaces even roofs. Then dilute the remainder of the product with more water to reduce the concentration and ensure you will have enough to spray all the rest of the exposed wood for prevention only! Don't worry, if you end up with too much just spray on a second coat after the first is dried and you can use it all. Excellent residual action is a key benefit.

Haven't used yet, staff knowledgable and friendly. Taught how to use it. Doing new construction in older home. New joists will get a good coat of this stuff.
