Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel is high moisture content bait that is very attractive to carpenter ants. It will provide fast control usually in 3-5 days. As with most new bait technology Maxforce gel uses a delayed action kill so the bait is passed throughout the carpenter ant colony. Maxforce Carpenter Ant Bait Gel provides for the sugar diet of carpenter ants and works well when used in addition to a protein-based product such as Advance Carpenter Ant Bait.

Application Recommendations: Apply small beads of gel in cracks and crevices, and anywhere you see carpenter ants foraging and/or entering the structure.
Maxforce Carpenter ant gel can be placed in cabinets and drawers, around pipes, electrical outlets, light switches, etc.
Bait should not be placed in areas where a residual insecticide has been sprayed, this will cause the bait to become unattractive to the foraging ants. Carpenter ants are most active between 10pm-4am and homeowners should investigate the ants foraging trails to locate best place to apply the Maxforce Carpenter ant gel.
