Vegetation Insecticides

Many home owner want to grow their own fruit and vegetables and take great pride in producing their own food.  But unfortunately, fruits and vegetable can be attacked by many insect and disease organisms that often require either insecticides or fungicides for control.  You will find a large selection of chemicals that can be purchased separately or mixed together as a multipurpose fruit and vegetable spray.

Looking for a good multipurpose fruit spray usually contains three pesticides: Methoxychlor for chewing insect control, Malathion for sucking insect control and Captan for disease control.

As with any chemical is important to read and follow the proper instructions that come with the products. 

Malathion 57%has a new Label for vegetables, fruits, and nuts.  Malathion is an emulsifiable concentrate containing 5 lbs. of Malathion per gallon. May be applied on vegetables, fruits, nuts, ornamentals, trees and pastures.
