Touchdown Pro-2.5 Gallon Glyphosate
Touchdown PRO with IQ Technology is a state of the art glyphosate-based formulation containing 3 pounds per gallon glyphosate acid in the form of its diammonium salt (DA). It is a patented formulation, broad spectrum, systemic high performance, non-selective herbicide. Touchdown PRO with IQ Technology is a fully built-in-wetter formulation and contains ingredients that serve to aid in neutralizing naturally occurring calcium and magnesium ions which can reduce overall herbicidal action. Touchdown PRO is now registered for use in non-crop areas including roadsides, railroads, rights-of-way, industrial sites, on golf courses and in commercial application to residential sites and in ornamental nursery production. It controls more than 170 annual and perennial weeds, including vines and woody brush.
Product Highlights:

New innovative glyphosate molecule, the diammonium (DA) salt of glyphosate
Advanced IQ Technology gets more herbicide to the growing points of target weeds
Touchdown Pro is a nonselective foliar systemic herbicide for control of a broad spectrum of emerged annual and
perennial grass and broadleaf weeds and unwanted woody brush and trees.
Touchdown Pro is formulated as a liquid concentrate that contains 3 lbs. acid equivalent per gallon, in the diammonium
salt form.
Symptoms: Touchdown Pro moves through the plant from the point of foliage contact to other areas of the plant
including the root system. Visible effects will be seen on most annual weeds in 2-4 days and on most perennial
weeds in 7 days or more. Extremely cool or cloudy weather following application may slow activity and delay
development of visual symptoms. Effects are a gradual wilting and yellowing of the plant which becomes complete
browning of above-ground growth and deterioration of underground plant parts.
How It Works: Touchdown Pro works by inhibiting an enzyme found only in plants.
Cultural Considerations: Application to annual or perennial weeds that have been mowed, grazed, or cut, and
have not been allowed to regrow to the recommended stage for treatment may result in reduced control. Weeds
covered with dust; weeds damaged by insects or disease may result in reduced weed control.
Rainfastness: Heavy rainfall or irrigation shortly after application may require retreatment.
