Essentria™ KO is a contact aerosol insecticide for use in and around apartments, assisted living
facilities, commercial buildings, day-care centers, factories, homes, horse barns, hospitals,
hotels, motels, nursing homes, office buildings, warehouses, resorts, schools, stables, stores,
transportation equipment (airplanes, automobiles, buses, trucks, trailers, boats, ships and
trains), zoos and other commercial and industrial buildings. Essentria KO may also be used in
non-food/non-feed areas of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and food processing facilities.

For Crack/Crevice and Void Treatments : Important: Use the injector nozzle tip provided. For crawling insects,
inject into all crack/crevice and void spaces where insects may be crawling, hiding or living. Release approximately 1
second of product per crack/crevice application and from 2 to 3 seconds per cubic foot of closed void space treated.
Apply more liberally for heavy infestations. Applications can be made, but are not limited to, behind baseboards, cabinets,
walls, ceilings, door and window frames, and around water pipes and appliances. Ensure contact with as many insects as
possible. Repeat as necessary.
For Volumetric Treatment for Void Areas (attics , false ceilings and crawl spaces ): Apply at a rate of 20
to 30 seconds per 1000 cubic feet. Repeat as necessary.
For Outdoor Flying Insect Treatment : Apply towards target pests. Ensure contact with as many insects as possible. Repeat as necessary.
Note : Painted Surfaces - Essentria™ KO may stain some painted surfaces. Test in an inconspicuous area before
applying to painted surfaces. To prevent staining, wipe away excess with a damp cloth. Hard floor surfaces - Essentria™ KO
may make hard floor surfaces slippery - Wipe away excess with damp cloth to avoid possible injury.
Most effective results are achieved when used as part of a treatment protocol that includes physical, environmental and
other chemical pest control measures.
